Lavash roll with crab sticks and feta

Colorful and delicious roll for the festive table. For several years I have been collecting interesting recipes from lavash, but I came up with this one: I really wanted to make a roll with feta. So this recipe appeared. Lavash can be taken not two, but three: 1 layer - lettuce and feta leaves, 2 layer - crab sticks, 3 layer - eggs and corn.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h

1. Filling. Chop the crab sticks finely. Hard-boiled eggs and finely chop. Cut the feta into thin slices. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
2. Grease the first sheet of lavash with mayonnaise, spread the lettuce leaves, put the feta on top.
3. Cover the top with a second sheet of pita bread, also smeared with mayonnaise. Spread chopped eggs, crab sticks and canned corn on top.
4. Roll the pita bread into a tight roll, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
