Coffee in a turk on a gas stove

If the desert is far away, make delicious coffee on a regular gas stove! I love coffee made in Turkey. Of course, it is possible to cook it on sand in an apartment, but for me it is too difficult. I make coffee on the most ordinary gas stove and it comes out very tasty. The main thing is the correct procedure. The number of ingredients in the recipe is indicated for a small Turkey (100 ml).

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. If you prefer coffee with sugar, put it in the turku first.
2. Pour water. Pour it to the place where the neck begins to narrow.
3. Put the coffee down. There is no need to mix it.
4. It is best to cook coffee over low heat. We put a Turk on it.
5. Coffee will start to foam. When the foam rises and almost reaches the edge of the turk, remove the turk from the heat. Gently stir the coffee to make it sink.
6. Repeat the process two more times. Last time, do not stir the foam, but carefully transfer it into a cup.
7. Let the turk with the finished drink stand for half a minute so that the grounds settle to the bottom.
8. Pour coffee into a cup.
