Pickled Squid Tentacles

Just delicious! Try seafood according to a new recipe! I love seafood and squid are a favorite in this category of products. I also really like the variation "in the marinade". The recipe is simple, but squid... well, just lick your fingers!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 7 h 30 min

To begin with, we put a pot of water on the fire and send the thawed squid into boiling water. After the water boils, cook them for another three minutes. We take out the seafood, rinse it under cold water and remove the curled skins.

We put squid in a jar in layers, alternating seafood with coarsely chopped onions and garlic cloves cut into several parts. We also put lavrushka and peppercorns in a jar.

The water in which the squid was cooked is filtered, cooled and poured into a jar. In the same place we put salt, sugar, pour acetic acid. Cover the jar with a lid and leave the squid for four hours, then drain the marinade.

Tamp squid, add, if required, salt and sugar, as well as lemon juice. Fill the squid with oil. After two or three hours, they are ready for use.

Bon appetit!
