White asparagus salad

Incredibly delicious and very bright salad - cook and enjoy! My husband and I are big fans of salads. Every day - salad, preferably with fresh herbs. That's why I often experiment, because monotonous salads quickly get boring, I want maximum variety. This is a recipe for one of your favorite salads - bright, beautiful and very tasty!

For this salad, I like to use Derby cheese with red port wine - I cook this cheese myself, buying a special starter in a specialized online store. But this cheese can be replaced with any other to your taste.

So, we are preparing a salad:

1. Remove the asparagus from the jar and cut into pieces.
2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Cut the hearts into small pieces.
4. Mix the greens and spread it with the bottom layer on serving plates, leaving a little to decorate the salad.
5. Put the hearts and asparagus on the greens.
6. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
7. Pour olive oil over the salad, then lemon juice.
8. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
9. Garnish the finished salad with pomegranate seeds and the remaining greens.
