For those who love delicious desserts and like to experiment! When I don't have much time, but I want to pamper myself with delicious, I always remember about such a simple dessert as a biscuit. It is easy and simple to prepare it from improvised products. And in order to give softness, it is enough to impregnate the sponge cake with a simple syrup. I prefer coffee-flavored biscuits.

We take a container and combine granulated sugar and water in it, put it on the stove. Heat up the mass on the fire, stirring constantly. When the syrup boils, one more minute will be enough for the sugar to completely dissolve. After complete dissolution, remove the pan and let the mass cool down.

While the syrup cools down, we brew coffee. It should be strong. The prepared coffee must be filtered and combined with sugar syrup and cognac.
