Tartlets with smoked fish and cucumber salad

Very tasty tartlets for the festive table! My husband's friends from Vesyegonsk often offer us fish from their own smokehouse. When I just got fed up with smoked fish, I started coming up with all sorts of recipes with it. So this snack appeared. I specially took rye tartlets, but ordinary wheat ones will also do.
