Strawberry jam for winter

Enjoy delicious and fragrant jam from the forest! I also remember my grandmother picking strawberries in the forest and making jam. And I keep running around and asking for a spoon to try. Now I cook for my grandchildren, and for myself! In general, the whole family really likes it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 d

We sort out the berries and peel them from the sepals.

Fall asleep with sugar and leave for 3-4 hours or overnight, so that the berries give juice.

Then bring to a boil, remove the foam, boil for 5 minutes. Set aside until completely cooled.

Repeat the same 2 more times for 5 minutes. At the end of the last cooking, add a pinch of citric acid.

Pour hot jam into sterile jars, roll up with sterile lids. Cool to room temperature under a blanket and put in the cellar or refrigerator.

Have a nice tea party!
