Easter Cake salad

Original salad for the Easter table! This salad will surprise your guests and relatives with its appearance, because the similarity with the cake is very strong. The salad turns out to be hearty, juicy and delicious. It consists of traditional Easter table products — eggs, cheese and meat.

    Boil chicken breast and potatoes. Peel the onions and carrots.

    Cut onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

    Boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.

    Grate cheese and boiled potatoes on a coarse grater and combine with mayonnaise and garlic.

    Put the mold in the center of the plate (or you can use a 500 ml tin jar cut off on both sides). Spread the salad in layers, smearing the layers with a thin layer of mayonnaise and pressing the layers with a spoon all the time. Sequence: layer with carrots, eggs, tomatoes, potato-cheese layer.

    Put the remaining products on top of the slide. Lubricate on all sides with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle the sides of the salad with breadcrumbs. Carefully pour the remaining mayonnaise on top, imitating the cap of the cake.
