Sunflower salad with cod liver

Always a beautiful and incredibly delicious salad. And how much use is there in it! Today I wanted to cook a traditional salad "Sunflower" from cod liver. I used to cook it with olives, but this time my husband bought green olives for evil) But I was not upset, because there was a jar of corn in stock. It turned out that it was necessary!

I want to add that cod liver is an incredibly useful product. It is just a storehouse of biologically active substances, micro- and macroelements, it is rich in vitamins A, C, D, E, PP, group B (B1, B2, B6, B9), including nicotinic acid, as well as phosphorus, sodium, potassium, chlorine, magnesium, calcium, fluorine, nickel it also allows you to get rid of vitamin deficiency in severe weather. At the same time, cod liver perfectly helps people with rheumatism, hypertension, poor eyesight and arthrosis, which has long been proven by modern medicine.

But do not forget that this is a very, very high-calorie product, so people who want to lose weight should refrain from it!

Of course I understand that the fly in the ointment in this salad is mayonnaise, but I sometimes allow myself it. People who do not use it have long known what it can be replaced with - there are many options.

So we are urgently preparing this salad and improving our health!
