Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

You will also need: a candy mold (special or silicone for baking) and candy sticks. It is possible without sticks, if done in a silicone form
Pour sugar into the ladle, pour water and add vinegar. Vinegar does not allow sugar to crystallize. If you do not add it, then the candy will turn out cloudy.

Bring the contents to a boil and turn down the heat. Cook until thickened and discolored. The sweet mass becomes reddish.
Pour the finished mixture into the holes in a form greased with butter and insert the sticks.
Only after the candies have completely cooled down, we open the mold and take out our homemade lollipops from it. I cooked without chopsticks, in a silicone candy mold.
