Chocolate sauce

This sauce will be a great addition to your favorite ice cream! The sauce is prepared very easily. Instead of a stick of vanilla, you can safely use vanilla sugar, just add it at the very first stage, together with ordinary sugar, and you can cook zraza. The sauce is obtained with a very rich chocolate flavor, with a slight bitterness. Choose the amount of sugar to your taste. This sauce is suitable for ice cream or pancakes. Help yourself!

    In a saucepan, mix cocoa, grated chocolate, sugar and starch, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

    Slowly pour in the water, stirring constantly.

    Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise into 2 parts, carefully scrape the seeds from the inside of the pod with a knife, send the seeds and pod to a saucepan, mix and leave for at least 30 minutes (preferably 1-2 hours).

    Place the pan on low heat, stirring constantly, cook the sauce for 10 minutes. Let the finished sauce cool down, stirring from time to time. Pour into a suitable container. We store it in the refrigerator.
