For making marmalade, you can use plums of different varieties. In this recipe we use white plums. The plums should be washed, pitted and put in a saucepan. Cover everything with granulated sugar and leave for a day. In 24 hours, our fragrant plum will give all its juice, so we won't need a drop of water to make jam. Put a saucepan with fruits on a large fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20-30 minutes. Stir more often. After half an hour, cool the resulting mass a little. If you are a spice lover, add a little cinnamon for piquancy. Then wipe the whole mass through a colander, or grind it in a food processor (a puree nozzle is best). The plum marmalade is ready. Bon appetit!
