Cooking method

Let's get down to our blackberries. It is not necessary to flush it under the tap, and even undesirable. So you can mash the berries and lose some of the juices needed for cooking. It will be enough to splash.

We take liter, boiled glass jars. We pour berries there up to a third of the volume. The next step is to prepare the syrup, which we will then pour into jars with berries.

Fill the pan with 3 liters of water. We put 150 grams of sugar there. Bring the water to a boil, and hold for up to 5 minutes, so that the syrup becomes thicker. Then we pour hot syrup directly on the blackberries, packed in jars, and fasten the boiled jar lids tightly.

Banks cannot be opened during the day.

Pour water into a saucepan, measure with a jar, pour sugar and wait for boiling. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Pour hot syrup over the jars of blackberries and close with sterilized lids. Turn the jars over and wrap them in a blanket. Leave it for a day. Then remove the blanket, turn the jars over and leave to stand until completely cooled. You see, the compote is ready - quickly and easily. The berries do not boil, do not boil, and, consequently, everything of value is left in the jar. Fill your storerooms!
