Potato gombovtsy

The usual lazy dumplings in the Ukrainian way! Very tasty! In Russian cuisine, this dish is called lazy dumplings, in Czech cuisine - sweet dumplings. But fans of Hungarian and Western Ukrainian (Transcarpathia) cuisine, where they are called gombovci, pay special attention to them.

We cook potatoes, make mashed potatoes from it. Pour in the flour, knead the dough.

Roll the dough into flagella and cut.

Sprinkle the board with flour, lay out the gombovtsy so that they do not stick together.

Chop the nuts, put them on a plate. On another plate - coconut chips, sugar + vanillin - on the third plate.

We cook gombovtsy in boiling water until they pop up.

We take them with a slotted spoon, dip them into the rast.butter, sugar, nuts or chips.

By the way, you can put jam or plum jam in the middle of the gombovtsy.
