Homemade sour cream toffee

Kids will be thrilled! Very tasty, quick and easy! Easy. Available. Delicious. These homemade toffees are very similar to those toffees from the store that everyone is used to. However, they have a very original taste at the same time.

In a suitable pan with vanilla (take a little) heat the sour cream, add sugar to it and bring to a boil, stirring.

Reduce the heat to a minimum and, without ceasing to stir, cook for about an hour until the whole mass becomes thick and does not change color.

After putting it on baking paper (a plastic mold will do) and refrigerate. It is not necessary to put it in the refrigerator, room temperature is also suitable. You need to give the sweets two hours until the mass freezes.

Then cut the finished and frozen layer into cubes.
Sprinkle the candy with powdered sugar.
