Tuna pasta

Tender tuna and hearty pasta is a nutritious student lunch! At the end of August, our head of the department sent her son to the first year of the institute and was very worried about what a poor student who absolutely does not know how to cook would eat. Everything was falling out of her hands, so to optimize the work of the department, we announced among ourselves, so to speak, a corporate competition for the most elementary dishes "Food for a student". The notebook with recipes went to a neighboring city and, according to reviews, was not in the same hands. One of the recipes was pasta with tuna. Tuna is not inferior in its nutritional properties to meat. No wonder Americans eat it all the time. Tuna can be used to make a simple, hearty dish, not expensive in terms of cooking time and financial investments.
