Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

Put the pasta to cook (in boiling salted water) - cook them according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and onion, tomatoes - two of the three are also cut. Fry garlic and onion in olive oil, add tomatoes to them and fry until tender. Then add salt and pepper.
In a blender, chop the third tomato, adding parsley (several sprigs) to it. Add salt to the mass. I also heat it additionally so as not to cool the pasta. This can be done in the microwave.
Now mix ready-made pasta with toasting and sauce, sprinkle cheese grated on a fine grater on top. If the dish is not hot enough, you can reheat it in the microwave. But it turns out to be excellent at this stage.
Also, instead of olive oil, you can use any other, even creamy.
