This year for the first time I tried to cook caviar from tomatoes with my own hands. I decided to take this step because I really like to eat this food with second courses, but before I only bought it in stores. I can say that it turned out pretty well for the first time. If you also want to try to cook this snack, follow the simple instructions of the recipe.

To begin with, I wash the tomatoes well, chop them in a blender. Carrots are also washed, cleaned, washed and grated on a fine grater. Then peel the onion and finely chop it. After that, we combine the prepared vegetables in a large saucepan and mix them well. After that, pour vegetable oil into the vegetables, add vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, ground black pepper and bay leaf, mix. Put the pan on a small fire and cook the mass for 2-2.5 hours, stirring and removing the foam. After this time, we remove the pan from the fire, pour the finished caviar into sterilized jars and close the lids. The next day it can already be served to the table.
