To begin with, cut off the crust from the bread roll. It's good if our bread is initially not too fresh, that is, not very soft (it should be fresh in any way). After we cut it into three pieces and put it to soak in water.
Boil the egg, then turn it into a puree together with garlic. Pour in olive oil. Squeeze the soaked bread from the water, put it in a bowl, season with salt, if you want, ground black pepper, pour the juice of two lemons and bring it to a puree-like state. You can use a mixer, you can use a blender or a regular spoon.
We introduce eggs with garlic into the bread mixture, mix well. Too thick gazpacho can be diluted with boiled and cooled water. Peel the apples, grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lemon juice and put in the soup. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of each portion of this soup. Delicious and healthy food is ready.
