How to cook it? To begin with, defrost the chicken (if necessary), rinse it thoroughly, dry it with a towel, cut into pieces of the size that you need. Now we take an average-sized saucepan, pour cold filtered water into it and put the chicken there, close the lid. We put the dishes on the fire slightly below average, boil the mass, after boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 40 minutes - an hour (depending on the size of the chicken pieces).
