Jam of oranges and lemons with cinnamon

Bright, viscous, fragrant jam with a rich taste. My husband loves oranges and everything related to them. Not so long ago we bought orange jam in the store. He ate it, of course, in the blink of an eye. I thought a little and decided to try to cook this food myself at home. I think it's not necessary to say that my husband was delighted! If you also want to surprise your husbands and children, then follow the instructions of my cooking recipe.

To begin with, remove from the oranges with a thin knife, then cut the fruit into 8 parts, sprinkle with granulated sugar, keep it in this form until the juice is extracted from the oranges. After that, add lemon juice. Now boil the water with lemon peel until it becomes soft. After that, this mass is placed in oranges. Now cut the zest into thin strips. We put the oranges to cook in the resulting syrup for several hours (do not forget to put cinnamon in the same place), until the jam is reduced by about 2 times. When our fruits are almost ready, we grind them in a blender, adding the pre-chopped zest. We leave the jam of oranges to cook a little more.
