We start by pouring gelatin with 200 milliliters of boiled, cooled to room temperature water and leave them in it for an hour. At this time, we will do what we squeeze the juice out of the oranges with a juicer. The remaining crusts of oranges are coarsely cut and filled with a liter of purified water. Put a saucepan with orange peels on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook after that for 10-12 minutes. After this time, remove the pan from the heat, filter and cool to about 50 degrees. After that, we add granulated sugar and already prepared gelatin to this mass. Bring the mixture to a boil. After that, add the orange juice, mix and remove from the heat. Now we pour our jelly into molds and put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning you can already taste your dessert. Enjoy your meal!
