When I treat my friends to squash jam with oranges, no one can even imagine that it consists of these ingredients. Most people think it's pineapple jam with oranges. And when they find out what it is made of, they definitely take a recipe for cooking. Indeed, there is no zucchini taste in jam at all, but only the aroma and taste of orange is present. To make jam, peel the zucchini, remove the bones and cut into cubes. We fill the prepared zucchini with sugar sand and leave it for 4 hours. After that, the mixture is brought to a boil and left for another 4 hours. Oranges are washed and twisted in a meat grinder together with the peel. Add the rolled oranges to the jam, which we bring to a boil again and leave for 4 hours. The last thing we do is add citric acid and bring the jam to a boil again. Jam is poured into sterilized jars, then closed with nylon lids or rolled up. It turns out very tasty!
