Orange jam

Like a beloved grandmother! Delicious, simple and fast! Orange jam is an unusual food for us. The times when oranges were "taken out" as a very large deficit have not yet gone from memory. And some children saw them only once a year on New Year's gifts. The orange was divided into slices and eaten by the whole family, and the peel was dried and then added to tea. Now such horrors have long been over, and you can buy oranges by the kilos, and squeeze juice from them or make jam as much as you want.
