Have you ever tried sun-dried tomatoes? I haven't even heard of their existence until recently. And just a couple of days ago I visited a friend's house, where I tried such food as salad with dried tomatoes. Of course, I learned the culinary recipe of this snack and now I am happy to share with you the subtleties of its preparation. To begin with, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, wash the cucumbers and also cut into cubes. Now we take the Bulgarian pepper, wash it, cut out the seeds and also cut into cubes. Then we take the dried tomatoes out of the jar, soak them with napkins to remove excess fat from them, cut into strips. Mix all the ingredients. After that, we prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. We fill the salad with this mixture. Now we put lettuce leaves on the dish, spread the salad and serve it to the table.
