I found the recipe for this salad in a book about delicious food. A hearty squid salad with mushrooms and ham can be served on a festive table. It takes very little time to prepare a salad. Squid are washed under a stream of cold water, removing the skin and freeing the carcasses from the spinal plate.

Then boil the squid carcasses in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Squid can not be boiled for a long time, as they become rubbery in taste. We wait for them to cool down and cut into thin strips. Washed and peeled carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion head and fry together with grated carrots in a heated frying pan with olive oil. Ham and pickled champignons are cut into strips. Canned beans are thrown into a colander to drain the liquid. Mix all the prepared salad ingredients, seasoning with light mayonnaise to taste. Squid salad with mushrooms and ham is ready, bon appetit!
