A lot of Japanese cuisine lovers are scouring the Internet in search of a good recipe for hot rolls. I present one of the most successful varieties, in my opinion, is a culinary recipe that is called simply and without fuss: hot rolls (tempura in Japanese). As you can understand from the name, such rolls differ from their traditional counterparts, first of all, in temperature, that is, they should be eaten warm.

Boil the rice, as is usually done for rolls. We spread a sheet of nori with the shiny side down on the roll mat, wetting our hands in water with vinegar, distribute the rice so that its thickness is the same. We leave an unfilled strip 1-1.5 cm thick at the very edge (this is for "gluing"). Retreating 3-4 cm from the other edge, we squeeze a strip of mayonnaise onto the rice, and next to it we put the shrimp in two rows. Now tightly roll up the roll, remove the mat (you can cook all three at once). Beat the egg, mix with flour, pour in a spoonful of warm water. We should get a thick dough. Dip each roll in this dough and fry in a frying pan in oil until a golden crust forms. Cut into pieces and eat with an appetite.
