Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min
It always takes a very long time to cook a bean meal. In fact, we start cooking it in the evening, when we soak the beans in water. This cooking recipe is designed for quick cooking, because it offers to make soup from canned beans.
Open a can of canned white beans and throw them into a colander. Then we wash it with cold water. Put in a saucepan together with parsley, thyme and bay leaf. Fill with water about 5 cm above the beans and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and boil under the lid for 5 minutes.
Add chopped bacon, onion and garlic to a large saucepan. Then pour in chicken broth, pork, sliced, and tomatoes. Boil it all over low heat for 40 minutes. We throw the hot boiled beans into a colander, and take out the sprigs of thyme and parsley. As soon as the pork is cooked, then add the cooked beans to the soup and bring to a boil. The finished soup is salted and peppered to taste.
We serve to the table as the first course. We put bread and sour cream separately. For those who are on a diet - this food is not suitable categorically, because the calorie content of the soup is very high.
