Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

I read the recipe for this soup in a book about delicious food. My children immediately fell in love with fish soup with shrimp. I recommend this soup to everyone who wants to eat delicious food and at the same time not gain extra pounds. We take a whole fish, cut off the tail and fins, separate the fillet from the skin and bones. We postpone the fillet, and fill everything else with 2.5 liters of water and bring to a boil, adding peeled vegetables (onions, carrots, celery). Remove the foam, reduce the heat to medium and cook without a lid for 30 minutes. Remove the vegetables and fish from the broth, and then pour the whipped protein into it. Bring to a boil so that the protein collects the remaining fish particles. Filter the fish broth. Cut the cod fillet into small pieces. Put small pieces of potatoes in a transparent broth, sprinkle with saffron and salt to taste. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the peeled shrimp and fish fillet to the soup. Bring the soup to a boil and turn it off. Fish soup with shrimp is ready, served on the table, sprinkled with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
