Such food can be prepared both daily and for a festive table. It turns out to be a very tasty salad, cooked, therefore, according to the culinary recipe. I think that this dish can be attributed to Estonian or any Baltic cuisine. Let's start cooking. We cook eggs. And in another bowl we boil water for squid, in which we first put bay leaf, salt, pepper. We put the washed squid in boiling water and cook for no more than a minute. Let the squid cool down and then cut them into beautiful thin strips. The eggs are already cooked, we clean them and rub them on a coarse grater, we also rub the cheese. Tomatoes are cut into cubes of medium size, finely chop the greens. We put all the prepared ingredients in one dish, mix, add mayonnaise. Once again, carefully and carefully mix all the components of the salad. The prepared salad can be decorated with the remaining greens and served on the table. The salad with squid looks nice and tastes very pleasant, it is light and hearty, especially seafood lovers like it.
