First you need to rub the fresh cottage cheese through a sieve, then add it to the boiling milk. Preheat everything on low heat until the cottage cheese becomes as viscous as rubber, and the milk for cheese does not thicken.
Well, then, the resulting curd mass is poured onto a sieve to separate the liquid
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, add cottage cheese to this oil and heat (stirring) for 6-10 minutes until the cheese becomes stringy.
After all this, add beaten egg, salt (add more salt, but do not overdo it) and cumin (to taste). The finished cheese is poured into a deep dish and cut into portions of 100-150 grams. It is advisable to leave it in the refrigerator for 6 hours, this will give it a richer and richer taste. Enjoy your appetite, friends!
