Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min
First we boil the milk, if foam forms, then it is necessary to collect it with a spoon.
Beat eggs with sugar (you can make powdered sugar from sugar), then add beer to this mixture (I add ordinary light beer).
Add this mixture to boiling milk, stirring constantly with a spoon. We do not let it boil, warm it up a little and remove it from the fire. The resulting mixture is poured into the previously sliced loaf. Then we let our soup cool down and serve it on the table. It is customary to eat such food cold. We always try to surprise our loved ones in the kitchen, prepare this dish and not only they will be surprised, but also you. Bon appetit!
