I present to your attention a culinary recipe for a very tasty Vietnamese dish – tyun pies. This truly Vietnamese dish should definitely appeal to any connoisseur of exotic food.

To prepare the tun pies, first, soak the rice in cold water for 5-6 hours. The beans also need to be pre-soaked, but they need more time. Beans are best soaked overnight.

So, pour boiling water over the already soaked beans in a colander, and then rub it and salt it.

Now grind pork pulp in a meat grinder and add finely chopped onion, chopped anchovy fillet to it. Salt and pepper the minced meat.

Wash the cabbage leaves and pour boiling water over them in a colander. Next, add them one by one. Put rice, beans, minced meat on cabbage leaves in layers in order, and then beans and rice again. We roll it into a roll in the same way as cabbage rolls are rolled. Each roll can be tied with threads for strength. In the same way, we use the remaining stuffing and cabbage leaves.

All we have left is to weld these rolls. We throw them into boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes. The cooked pies need to be squeezed out carefully and can be served to the table. Pepper pods are usually served with this dish.
Here's an interesting recipe. We bake and fry pies, and the Vietnamese cook.
