Green bean salad (Mongolian)

Low-calorie and simple salad with a unique flavor note. Mongolian cuisine has never been particularly refined, but at the same time, Mongolian cuisine can rightfully be considered one of the main attractions of this country. This recipe is good because it is suitable for people who prefer vegetarianism, people who are on a diet, who adhere to fasting. Also, this food is easy to prepare and will delight our stomach. It will serve as a wonderful cold appetizer or a side dish to the main dish.

First you need to cook the pods of young beans. Then you need to cool them. After cooling them, fill the beans with vegetable oil (odorless). Add vinegar (personally I prefer apple), fragrant ground black pepper, salt to taste and mix gently so as not to break the bean pods. Cut the tomato into thin slices and garnish the dish with it.
So we have prepared a "Green bean salad (Mongolian)", which can be consumed both for breakfast, it is light and very nutritious, and in addition to the main dishes. Enjoy your appetite!
