Ukrainian dumplings

Such a delicious and satisfying dish can be both breakfast and dinner. I want to share with you a culinary recipe of my favorite food from childhood – Ukrainian dumplings. In general, I have a lot in common with our neighbor, Ukraine. I am not indifferent to their language, Crimea, Viagra group))) And, of course, the kitchen. Dumplings are not called Ukrainian for nothing, they were born there!

How to Cook Dumplings:
Melt the butter and pour it into the flour together with warm water and eggs. Beat the eggs well with salt before that. Knead the dough from all the ingredients. The dough should turn out smooth, not very steep.
We roll it out with a layer 0.5 centimeters thick and cut it into pieces of absolutely arbitrary shape. Who does not know, these pieces of dough are dumplings :)

Put water on the stove to boil, add a little salt to it. When it boils, we throw our dumplings there and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. The finished dumplings will float to the surface of the water. We will throw them into a colander, let the water drain. But that's not all. It is necessary to heat the oil in a frying pan, pour the dumplings into it and lightly fry. Serve, of course, with sour cream :) Or with soup, but you need to cook it for that)) Enjoy your meal!!
