Semolina is a very frequent guest in baby food recipes. And before that, she sometimes bothers the kids – they just can't look at the banal semolina porridge. I propose to diversify the semolina dishes by cooking semolina pudding with apricots. Do not be afraid that there is wine in the ingredients, it evaporates during cooking. So, let's start making pudding. Cut fresh apricots into halves. Mix white wine, honey and cinnamon. The resulting mixture is heated, but not brought to a boil and pour the prepared apricots for about 30 minutes. Add water to the milk and bring to a boil. Then pour a thin stream of semolina with sugar into it and cook the porridge, stirring, for 20 minutes. Next, we mix butter and a chicken egg whipped with a blender into the porridge. The oiled form is filled to half with pudding, then spread the apricots and cover with pudding on top. We put the mold in the refrigerator until it hardens. After the time has elapsed, we tip the pudding onto a plate and decorate with half an apricot. A completely new taste of the usual food!
