The cooking recipe looks simple. My cherry plum. We put a cup of water on the stove, bring the water to a boil. We throw the cherry plum into boiling water and mark the moment when the skin begins to burst. Immediately remove from the fire and put the fire under cold water. That's when the difficulties begin… It is necessary to remove the skin from each berry and remove the bone… There are a lot of tips on the Internet: grind through a sieve, through a colander. Done. The simplest thing remains. We fill the berries with sugar, mix well and put them on the stove. As it boils, cook for 5 minutes, then cool. Then bring to a boil again, cook for 5 minutes, cool. And we repeat the same procedure again.
We prepare jars, pour jam.
And in winter we feast on buns with cherry plum jam, washing everything down with tea :)
