Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

In my life I've had to make so many salads that at least start writing a cookbook. Moreover, if at first, in my youth, I made them only according to someone's recipes - I liked them in the company, then over time I began to do it myself. It all depended on the situation – the guests, whether there were any products... Probably the first salad in the world was prepared at the moment when the guests came, but there was nothing solid in the house. So the hostess cut into a plate everything that came to hand.
And this cooking recipe is also my fantasy. One day a classmate came to me. Although he is unpretentious in food, but I so wanted to treat him to something unusual, and I decided on a small experiment. Of course, first I looked into the refrigerator, weighed everything and started making a meat salad in a hurry.

Why in a hurry? Firstly, it is prepared from products that come to hand. However, since this is a meat salad, then the ingredients should be meat. And in another salad of the same type, you can put both fish and crab sticks. But it will be a different snack. The main thing in this salad of mine is that there should be a lot of meat products, and they should be different in taste. That's why I took the products I named then.

Remember that a lot of things in a salad depend on mayonnaise. At that time, and even now, when I make salads, I used mayonnaise from natural yolk. The aroma and taste are simply amazing!

So, there is no order of slicing in our original salad. But you need to remember one more important detail. We will cut each component exclusively with straws. Then the taste of each of them will not be lost.
After slicing the products, we will carefully put them in a deep salad bowl and season with mayonnaise or sour cream. You need to mix very carefully so as not to damage the shape of the ingredients.

And one more detail. You need to cook this dish only right away, without preparing it for the future. If you want to make it bigger, then fill with mayonnaise only the part that you serve to the table.

You can decorate our salad with anything. Starting from greens, and ending with olives, olives.
