Cooking this recipe is not difficult: processed pork legs need to be chopped lengthwise. Put them in a saucepan with the meat. Add onion, carrot and pepper to our ingredients.
Close the saucepan with a lid. Cook such a culinary miracle for 1.5-2.5 hours. After our pan has cooled, you need to take out the meat and legs. Well-cooked meat is easily separated from the bones, finely chopped. In the hot broth, it is necessary to put gelatin previously soaked in cold water and stir it, that is, gelatin, until complete gelatin dissolution.
In the "culinary riot" created by us, it will not be superfluous to add bay leaf, garlic cloves, table salt to your taste and boil it all for 2-3 minutes with the lid open.
Well, then our broth needs to be filtered, degreased, that is, remove the fat and pour the meat laid in molds. To put homemade jelly in a cool place, and then - bon appetit! Our homemade jelly is ready.
