Cheese chicken soup with rice

Light, healthy and very tasty soup! Usually I don't like to cook soups, as it is tedious cooking, but I love soup with cheese and chicken not only to eat, but also to cook with great pleasure. It is easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty!

    Pour 3 liters of water into the pan, put it on the stove. After boiling the water, we put the chicken fillet, cook the meat until ready. 5 minutes before the end of cooking the fillet, add salt and pepper. We take the cooked fillet out of the pan.

    Waiting for the broth to boil - we fall asleep rice, cook until half-cooked. At this time, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Peel and slice the potatoes. Boiled meat cooled down is also cut into small pieces.

    Add onions, carrots, potatoes to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the meat, cook until the vegetables are ready.
