For the broth, we need to boil the chicken. After the chicken is cooked, add the already chopped potatoes to the broth and salt. Let it boil and cook for 5 minutes. Now add the sauerkraut washed under cold water. We cook everything for ten minutes on low heat.
While our soup is being prepared, let's do the frying. In a frying pan heated on the stove, fry carrots with onions. After that, we send our roast to the broth. We cook for another seven minutes. Turn off the stove and cover with a lid. Our soup is ready. Bon appetit!
