Rice with onions is a great side dish for fish, meat, poultry. In the post, this dish can be used quite independently.
1. Rinse the rice well in several waters.
2. Peel and wash the leek (or onion).
3. Heat the oil, lightly fry the onion.
4. Pour in the rice and lightly hold it in the oil, stirring.
5. Fill with water, add salt, bring to a boil, cover with a lid and turn off the stove - if electric. You can put a towel on top of the lid - so the rice will come by itself and will be very tasty and crumbly.
