Salad with chicken hearts, mushrooms, cucumbers and cheese

Is prepared from simple products, it turns out to be satisfying and delicious. The salad is suitable for both an evening dinner and a festive lunch. In addition, chicken hearts are just a storehouse of vitamins and trace elements! Instead of salty, you can add fresh cucumbers and chopped greens, it will also be very tasty. For refueling, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or mix mayonnaise with sour cream.

In chicken hearts, I cut off large vessels and clean out blood clots.
Boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
I cool and cut the hearts lengthwise into 4 parts.
Cut the champignons into strips.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until transparent.
Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry until the liquid evaporates.
I turn off the fire and let the mushrooms cool down (it would be ideal to put the fried mushrooms with onions on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil, but I only realized this now)
I cut the pickles into strips.
I rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
I put chicken hearts and cooled mushrooms with onions in a convenient bowl.
Add sliced cucumbers.
Grated hard cheese.
I fill the salad with mayonnaise.
Add salt, pepper and mix well.
I put it in a salad bowl.
It remains only to decorate and can be served to the table.
