Starch noodles with chicken fillet and zucchini

Delicious, exotic salad for a romantic dinner! This salad is quite light, but at the same time satisfying. The starch noodles themselves have a neutral taste and absorb the sauce and spices that are added to the dish well. A salad soaked in the juice of vegetables and chicken meat turns out to be very tasty. Add it to your cookbook and cook it on occasion!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. First of all, we need to marinate the chicken fillet, for this we wash the meat and cut it into pieces. Pour soy sauce and leave for half an hour.
2. We peel the vegetables and cut them into long, thin strips. We begin to fry them in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
3. Fry in turn, first onions, then garlic, carrots, zucchini and bell pepper. Each vegetable is prepared separately. If necessary, add vegetable oil to the pan. We transfer the finished ingredients to the dish, and at the end we fry the fillet pieces.
4. Boil the starch noodles, drain the water and mix with other ingredients. We fill the salad with soy sauce and salt to taste.
