Herring forshmak with apple

Forshmak is a dish of Jewish cuisine based on herring. This cold snack has become popular and beloved in many countries. Different additives are added from preferences, but the basis remains unchanged.

    Mill the herring or take the finished fillet. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, peel.

    Serve as a cold appetizer on black bread or crispy toast. Enjoy your meal!

Instead of vegetable, you can add 30g. soft butter, some like to add carrots, melted cheese.
