Liver pate in a package

Very tasty, tender pate. From personal experience, I will say that even those who do not like liver eat. even the children are delighted. it is well stored in the refrigerator, but not for long (because it is eaten instantly). it is suitable even as a meat dish to garnish. Universal pate.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Grind liver, bacon and onion, garlic in a meat grinder. Add eggs, salt and pepper (at this stage I'm still using a blender, so the pate turns out to be more tender and without lumps). Add flour to the resulting mass, mix. We put it in ordinary cellophane bags (I get 4 small bags), tie it tighter and in a saucepan with cold water and on fire. Cook for 1.5-2 hours after boiling. Cool and enjoy!!!
