An unusual and delicious salad - for a holiday or on a weekday! The salad is very easy to cook, but it turns out to be delicious and quite unusual. I prepare it for the arrival of guests, sometimes for a festive table for a change. Since his loved ones really like him, from time to time I delight them on ordinary weekdays. Try it!
