Pansky soup with sour cheese

A good option to feed the whole family and not spend a lot of time is to cook Pansky soup with sour cheese. For refueling: put 2 tablespoons of non-greasy cottage cheese in a glass jar, 1 teaspoon of salt on top. Spread the cottage cheese and salt in layers. You need to take as much cottage cheese as you want. When all the cottage cheese is put in a jar, add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix everything well. Then tamp the cottage cheese with a spoon, put a damp small cloth on top. Put the "sour cheese" in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably for 1 day.

For soup: chop potatoes, onions finely, as for soup. Put the vegetables in a saucepan and put on the stove. Pour the millet into a container and wash it with running water until the water from it is clean. Add millet to vegetables. Bring to a boil, and then cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes and millet are ready. After the time has elapsed, add 1 teaspoon of butter and black pepper to the soup to taste, boil for 1 min. Remove from the stove. When serving, add "sour cheese" and sour cream to the soup. Bon appetit!
