Egg cutlets

These wonderful egg cutlets will brighten up your menu! You could call this recipe pancakes, but cutlets are somehow more suitable, as for me. :)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onion (5 pieces) and dill. Mix the greens with eggs, add flour, semolina, sour cream (you can take milk or water instead of sour cream), salt. Mix everything and press down the mass with a spoon.
We make cutlets from egg mass, do not forget to wash your hands. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides. We serve them for morning tea with sour cream. Bon appetit!
