Peel the potatoes and boil for about 15 minutes. Chop the potatoes. Add butter 1st.spoon, salt, pepper and egg. Mash it well. Add the flour in parts, mix well until the mass becomes homogeneous. Roll out the sausages on a floured surface. Cut across, press each piece with a fork, giving a pattern. Boil water, add gnocchi to boiling water. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the gnocchi float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon. Fry the gnocchi in a frying pan in butter.
